(In this example, any Contractor who chooses “Roofing” as a primary category, receives all subcategories of leads when they are distributed and can go in to modify their preferences or activate/deactivate their account whenever desired. Ie. If your business is busy with work, you may choose to deactivate your account until business slows. Also, your account profile will show all categories you’ve selected and give you the option of selecting/deselecting categories AND the aforementioned activation/deactivation option.)
What does your Business have to do to use JobSiteJoe’s Pay-Per-Lead Service?
- Businesses must maintain an active credit card account on our secure server or the system will not allow a lead to be emailed.
- Businesses must attempt to professionally contact the homeowner lead for this process to work (homeowners receive follow-up emails from JobSiteJoe asking for feedback and businesses who fail to contact the homeowners may be asked not to use the JobSiteJoe lead service – unfortunately, we have to do this to ensure the integrity of our business model).
- No further contractor-generated subcontracting lead postings (in the past, we’ve allowed this, but due to our new pay-per-lead model, we cannot).
- An assurance that when a businesses clicks on “I agree” to the terms of the use of the website, that they will adhere to the business rules of the site and interact with homeowners with professionalism and the utmost customer service hospitality.
- You MUST be licensed and insured for Contracting in Hampton Roads and may receive a phone call after registration asking for your licensing and insurance credentials.

When combined with a FREE lead each month and the option to register for additional pay-per-leads, you won’t find a smarter or more economical way of marketing your business to Homeowners/future long-term customers!
Advertisers who maintain positive homeowner feedback status and desire to continue to advertise on the website following their initial commitment also get the option of continuing to "lease" the ad space -- the right of first refusal.
All advertising options include FREE ad creation, click-through to your website (if you have one and if not, click-through can be added later), the aforementioned FREE monthly lead (for fixed ads only) and visibility in the JobSiteJoe e-newsletter that is sent to area homeowners, property managers, Realtors, and small businesses who sign up to use the site or register directly for the monthly eNewsletter.
Summary: Advertisers receive one free lead each month, and all ad prices are affordably priced ($195/mo for a fixed major ad on the homepage/subpages) with space limited to six total. Your business credit card is charged each month on the anniversary of your sign-up. Ad/logo creation and click-through are also free, and businesses receive copyrights to the logo. Business credit card information is safely retained using a security certificate. In each e-newsletter, a few advertisers will be featured (a very short blurb with links to the advertiser’s website, if the business has one).
