Terms Of Use:	AGREEMENT This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") explains the contractual agreement between JobSiteJoe.com, a Virginia Limited Liability Company (LLC) having its principle place of business in Norfolk, Virginia ("JobSiteJoe.com," "we," "us") and you ("you," "your") who agree to the terms of this Agreement by clicking the "I AGREE" checkbox on the Business Registration form. This Agreement is made to be effective as of the date accepted by JobSiteJoe.com following your execution and submission of this Agreement by submitting the Business Registration form. This Agreement governs your use of the JobSiteJoe.com Web Site (the "Web Site") and transactions conducted through this Web Site including, but not limited to, the billing and payment services described herein. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements of the parties contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties, intending to be bound, hereby agree as follows: 1. Submitting the Form By using the Web Site and submitting the Business Registration form, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement and completing the registration process, you are simultaneously (i) registering as a "Registered User" (as defined herein), (ii) designating yourself as a "Professional," (ii) representing and warranting that you can legally enter into this Agreement, and (iii) agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The term "Registered Users" includes all individuals or entities who have registered through the JobSiteJoe.com Web Site. The term "Registered Professional(s)" includes all Registered Professional(s) who are operating as a corporation, partnership or limited liability company. 2. BACKGROUND The Web Site provides a venue for Registered Home and Garden Professionals to advertise and/or register to receive leads generated by posted homeowner estimate requests in the Hampton Roads Virginia or any other part of the United States. JobSiteJoe.com and you wish to enter into an Agreement wherein JobSiteJoe.com agrees to provide to you the estimate request made by the home owners either by email or making it available to you by loging in your account using the username and password provided at registration, and you agree to pay for receiving these leads in category and the amount chosen during registration, you accept that the charge as chosen by you. The charges will occur whenever a lead is emailed from the JobSiteJoe.com website to a registered business and will be simultaneously billed to the credit card provided by the business at the time of registration or to a new active credit card if it has been updated to the JobSiteJoe.com website by the business. 3. PROFESSIONALS By submitting the Business Registration form and registering with the JobSiteJoe.com Web Site, you are agreeing that you are a "Registered Business" in the Commonwealth of Virginia or another State or Commonwealth in the United States and have a registered business license and requisite insurance to legally and professionally conduct home and garden improvement jobs found via the website www.JobSiteJoe.com, the website affiliated with JobSiteJoe.com, LLC. BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, IN CONSIDERATION OF OUR AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A VENUE TO RECEIVE LEADS PUT FORTH BY THE HOMEOWNERS, YOU HEREBY RELEASE JOBSITEJOE.COM AND ALL OF OUR AFFILIATES FROM ANY DAMAGES OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER RELATED TO YOUR ENGAGEMENT BY A COMPANY, HOME OWNER OR OUR SERVICES. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO INDEMNIFY JOBSITEJOE.COM AND ALL OF OUR AFFILIATES AGAINST ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR LIABILITY THAT WE MAY INCUR, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS, IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PROVISION OF SERVICES TO YOU. 4. SYSTEM INTEGRITY You may not use any device, software or routine, including but not limited to any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or denial-of-service attacks, intended to damage or interfere with the proper working of the Web Site or any transaction being conducted on our site, or to surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information from the Web Site. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to "spam" or other such unsolicited mass emailing techniques. 5. INFORMATION POSTED ON THE WEB SITE A. You are solely responsible for confirming the estimate request information posted by the homeowners, JobSiteJoe.com does not verify home owners information or the information regarding the job posted, however, JobSiteJoe.com, LLC will review the lead information posted in the remarks section and approve or disapprove it for distribution based on its interpreted description and perceived legitimacy. Information on the JobSiteJoe.com Web Site is provided by homeowners "AS IS" and may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and JobSiteJoe.com LLC cannot guarantee that every homeowner who posts an estimate request is legitimately seeking a contract for their project By clicking the submit button I agree to the Terms of Use stated above.

Access to JobSiteJoe homeowner estimate request contact information is restricted to registered JobSiteJoe.com businesses. Unauthorized sharing of homeowner contact information is grounds for immediate removal of access and legal action.

Our secure online merchant account accepts VISA/MC/American Express/Discovery Card. For additional information please call Michael Crockett at (757) 630-0652 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Advertiser or Pay-Per-Lead business credit card information will be retained securely with payments deducted automatically every month for advertisers and upon emailing of leads for regular business clients. JobSiteJoe.com reserves the right to pull business access and cancel this agreement at any time based on negative customer feedback provided by Homeowners and interpreted/adjudicated by JobSiteJoe.com President Michael Crockett. Before any action is taken, businesses would first be contacted by Michael Crockett to discuss the situation.
